Christabel MacGreevy is a multidisciplinary British artist whose zeal for colour results in captivating vessels that are able to capture many complexities of the human condition. At Anthology, we chose to represent her unique, painted figures that act as modern totems that embody freedom and fluidity. Christabel uses a graffiti-inspired style that turns each piece into a story by itself. In the artist's own words, her hope is for the work to transform emotions into tangible, sculptural forms that can turn abstractions into something worth holding, observing, and connecting with.
