Over the past 25 years, Sabyasachi Mukherjee has cemented a distinct, maximalist, craft-rich sensibility that weaves its way into every space he occupies. Across two floors at Anthology, his design language asserts its voice. Through The Sabyasachi Art Foundation, he incubates contemporary Bengali artists whose works span across the ground floor, in an effort to revive the legacy of the Bengal School of Art. The first floor hosts another visceral experience––a presentation of Sabyasachi's singular aesthetic, implemented by the designer himself using furnishings and wall coverings from the Sabyasachi x Nilaya collection.
